Can I pick the services I want?
Yes, you can select the services you believe you need. However, one of our experienced nurses will conduct an evaluation during the initial visit and establish a care plan that best meets your healthcare needs.
Do I get to pick the person who cares for me?
Based on our initial visit, we will match you with a medical team member that best fits your needs. If for any reason, you want to change the team member we have assigned to you, you may do so.
Are your employees trained?
Yes, all of our team members are highly trained, experienced and extremely knowledgeable to care for our patients. We provide training to all of our team members and ensure that they’re well-versed before caring for our patients. In addition, our nursing staff is well-versed in medical best practices and are the best in the industry.
Can I trust your caregivers?
Yes, you can absolutely trust our team members. They are all interviewed, screened and background-checked. And, we only select those who align with our mission and core values and who truly have a heart for caring for others.
What happens if my caregiver gets sick or is unable to come?
If your caregiver is unable to work on a particular day, we will assign another qualified team member to care for you that day.
Is service only provided in the home?
No, we offer services wherever our patients reside – whether that’s a private home, a senior living community/facility or a loved ones’ home.
